the TV was not working.the safe door was broken.the room was smelling.we were moved to 403.which was much better.still not impressed with the palace room though.stay in in much more luxurious hotels.rooms need a upgrade and a is not a wow.and the bathrooms need to be renovated.especially tioletsHad a good sleep. this cannot be the palace service.the cascades has better rooms mum.mum I complaining.she did.
I was ieving the loss of my husband.I had no energy to complain. There was alot of negativity at this scene. Just heard people around me complaining about the wait and rooms not being ready. The check in was slow.stood a while in the queue. No management of new check in.not coordinated well for this 5 star resort. The choas at the drop off zone soon changed my thoughts. The Palace of the Lost City pool will be closed during the following period for maintenance: 25 July 26 August 2018.
